Shipping Lead-Post Falls (Agriculture)

Harris & Bruno International (H&B), an innovative printing equipment and spare parts manufacturer, is seeking a full time Shipping Lead.

Functions:

This position will require a highly detail-oriented individual

Experience in setting up both domestic and International shipments.
Pack, organize and ship small packages using UPS/FedEx Portals
Pack, organize and ship crated items and Freight using multiple shipping companies.
Work within ERP system to update order notes, Pick, Pack, and fulfill items daily.
Adhere to set standards and process maps.
Sustain the 5S's within the Inventory, Shipping, and Receiving areas daily.
Lead 3-5 people in Inventory, Shipping, Receiving and Pack out.
Use care when handling finished products
Report damages and discrepancies to management ASAP
Maintain accurate and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing freight
Keep work area clean and organized
Adhere to safety standards

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years' experience as a Lead in a manufacturing shipping environment.
Forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Required to stand 80 - 100% of the time
Frequently required to walk, climb, bend & squat
