Veterinary Experience Nutritional Advisor (Finance)



Job Description:

A Veterinary Experience Nutritional Advisor is responsible for providing best-in-class customer service, nutritional knowledge and communicating customer insight back into the business. This position is responsible for promoting and protecting the Royal Canin brand.

What are we looking for?
Required

  • Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent college/university diploma/degree
  • Must have high-speed internet access - internet connection of 100kbps is required
  • Dedicated workspace: Must have space free from background noise, interruptions, and distractions.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within the United States.

Preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Scientific knowledge (general sciences, manufacturing, veterinary, nutrition, food science)
  • Technical aptitude and computer literate
  • Strong team player
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Calm in challenging situations and skilled in dealing with difficult people
  • Organizational, planning and time management skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Foster and maintain internal relationships with Consumer Care, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Research & Development, Clinical Research, Quality & Food Safety across pillars to maximize synergies and efficiencies
  • Manage department database to efficiently display relevant internal information
  • Support Manager and Director in onboarding, scheduling, team engagement, team meetings and cross-department collaboration
  • Customer and consumer requirements may vary dependent on region
