BDC Service Rep (Maintenance)
Title: BDC Professional
Compensation: $17.00-24.50 an hour & pay plan bonus structure
Schedule: Rotating Monday-Saturday 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm & 9am-6pm
Summary: Call Center Professionals should enjoy building great relationships and excel at recommending integrity-needed items to our valued guests over the phone. Have great time management skills and efficiency at answering multi-line phones.
Job Duties:
Answer in-bounds calls by second ring
Return emails, texts and voicemails within the hour
Conduct outbound calls after 9am daily
Schedule a minimum of 22 appointments daily
Facilitate a minimum of 100 calls consisting of inbound and outbound daily
Present and sell PPM products minimum 10 monthly
Complete assigned weekly outbound list
Triage scheduling appointments for Express, Repair, Rental and Reconditioning teams
Confirm and correct client demographic information including the addition of email and cellular information
Confirm transportation for each appointment
Present recommended products and services
Utilize ShopKey platform, Parts Department & Lead Technicians to create quotes
Cross train to cover in Shuttle & Rental Departments
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Flexible and adaptive to changing situations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in appointment scheduling
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of relevant scheduling software
