Supply Driver - Line 6- Blue Shift- 12 hour Night Shift (Finance)

Job Description:

L6 Supply Driver- Blue Shift Site: KKC- Columbus, OH Shift: Blue (7:00pm-7:30am, following a 2x2x3 Shift Pattern)
*Additional shift rotation details will be provided in the interview process.*

TheSupply Driver will ensure that the appropriate materials are supplied to the assigned production areas and lines, will shrink-wrap any material to be stored / or returned to the warehouse, and will check pallet tickets and loads for accuracy.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Supply all areas with packaging and other supplies as required.
• Maintain inventory control through proper use of computer terminals and scanners.
• Communicate with various operators and the Production Administrative Coordinator concerning inventories.
• Assure that the sanitation levels for the area are properly maintained.
• Perform relief duties as needed in the area.
• Participate in area Visual Workplace and participate in the OHBA process.
• Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot and cold, dust, dirt and chemicals.

Physical Requirements:

• Must not be unusually sensitive to chemicals (contact lenses not recommended)
• Vision correctable to 20/20
• Standing on a concrete floor
• Wearing proper personal protective equipment (hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform)
• Bending, stooping, twist, turn, standing for extended time periods, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust dirt and chemicals
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Forklift assignments require OSHA certification and getting on and off the lift truck frequently
