Provides professional input to Business Analytics/Business Intelligence assignments. The role requires collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that help organizations make better decisions and improve performance.They use technical skills to query and visualize data with tools like SQL and Tableau/Thoughtspot and soft skills to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. About the Role:

We are seeking adetail-oriented and strategic Business Intelligence Analystto join our team. In this critical role, you'll help ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of healthcare data across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally to implement Dashboards, Self-service solutions and KPI reports to inform quick and accurate insights tostakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data and reporting needs.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
  • Extract, manipulate and analyze data from various sources using SQL and other data querying tools
  • Translate business requirements into BI solution designs, including wireframes and mockups
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Thoughtspot.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to support strategic planning and operational efficiency
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of BI deliverables
  • Query and analyze large-scale healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, pharmacy, patient data) using SQL and other tools.
  • Work with big data platforms and toolsto manage, process, and analyze high-volume, high-velocity healthcare data efficiently.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of data definitions, validation processes, analytic methodologies, and project deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.
  • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims, pharmacy, Medical and drug data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake environments.
  • Proficient with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Thoughtspot or PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and platforms: SQL or Python and Databricks
  • Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions and leverage technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and openly communicate status, issues/risks, and challenges presented to a project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Real World Data or Healthcare data.
  • Basic proficiency inSQL or Pythonfor data analysis.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,300 - 128,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
