Investment Banking Associate - Debt Capital Markets (Finance)

We are currently looking for an experienced Associate to join our Debt Capital Markets team in New York City.

Piper Sandler's debt capital markets team has raised more than $44 billion in public and private debt for our corporate and private equity clients since 2013. Our professionals work closely with our industry bankers to provide insight into optimal transaction structures for each of our clients.

Qualifications include:

  • Prior Debt Capital Markets experience at the associate/analyst level
  • Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills and knowledge of accounting
  • Committed work ethic and high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients
  • Highly motivated, team player

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
