Environmental Services Floor Supervisor (Biotech)

The Environmental Services Floor Supervisor will be responsible for leading the environmental services team,
including housekeeping and laundry and ensuring standards of cleanliness are met and maintained.

Scheduling housekeeping and laundry team
Ordering,receiving and maintaining environmental supplies
This is a working supervisor position including regular and back-up cleaning and laundry coverage
Operating and maintaining laundry and housekeeping equipment
Follow staffing and department budget
Complete hiring and onboarding of new employees
Provide overall supervision to environmental services staff including completing annual performance reviews and accountability for performance goals/concerns
