Marketing and Media Manager (Marketing)

The Marketing & Media Manager will lead Meco Corporations digital presence across social media, retailer platforms, and online campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves telling stories through content, and knows how to turn engagement into results.
Youll be at the center of our digital voicedeveloping bold, engaging campaigns that highlight our Home of the Original Square Grill story and inspire customers to choose Meco. This position is an on-site position located in Greeneville, TN.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for social media and digital media strategy, staying ahead of platform trends and best practices.
Manage daily operations of Instagram, META, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms with creative, timely, and on-brand content.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategyincluding photography, video, and campaign conceptsthat connects with consumers and drives sales.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, brand management, Sales, and agency partners to deliver high-impact brand and performance marketing campaigns.
Partner with the Creative Team and Digital Shelf Content Manager to align content with key launches, seasonal promotions, and retailer priorities.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data from social platforms, ad tools, and internal sales to drive actionable recommendations.
Continuously optimize social and paid campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Manage the creative process for projects, from writing briefs to final delivery, ensuring assets meet brand and retailer standards.
Identify and capitalize on new trends, tools, and opportunities to elevate Mecos digital presence.
Support planning for retailer line reviews, seasonal campaigns, and strategic meetings, ensuring marketing initiatives align with retail goals.
