H2M architects + engineers
2024-2025 Co-Op Program (Finance)
Our Goal: Creating a formalized H2M Co-Op Program which will enhance our commitment to supporting opportunity for students enrolled at an accredited university who are also pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or Environmental Sciences. Our hope is this program grows to have more than one student for a period of up to six months each term, during the Fall and Spring Semester. For students who are undecided in their career direction, but still interested in the consulting industry, to the greatest extent possible, H2M may create a rotation schedule so the student can work with multiple disciplines in the organization. Whereby, giving Co-Op students an opportunity to hone in on their discipline.
General Guidelines: With general guidance of the departmental/discipline manager, the Co-Op student will report for day-to-day activities to a Project level employee or above.
