This is a great opportunity for individuals with a customer service background, recent college graduates, or anyone looking to start a career in marketing, sales, or the automotive industry.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a structured rotating schedule:
MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Two evenings per week: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM (in place of daytime hours)
Rotating Saturdays (typically two per month)
No Sundays

Compensation:
$17.00/hour base pay
Bonus pay opportunities with no cap on earnings
Most employees in this role earn$50,000$60,000 annually, based on performance
What Youll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
Build rapport with prospective customers and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of customer communications in our CRM system
Support the dealership by providing a professional and friendly first point of contact
