The Role
The Warehouse Lead Coordinator is responsible for updating / modifying parts order requisitions, transfers, fulfilling purchase order requests for will call pickup, training new warehouse associates, processing returns, receiving inbound freight, picking orders, general inventory transaction research, and special projects as assigned.
What You'll Do
Accurate data entry for creating replenishment transfer requests within an ERP system (Service Titan experience is a plus)
Processes inventory transactional requests generating from internal forms and other forms of internal communication.
Assists with processing returns and warranty within an ERP system and or supplier portals.
Ability to assist in troubleshooting discrepancies with requisitions, transfers, and replenishment requests within an ERP system. Able to effectively research and troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently with little to no noise.
Assists with unloading, receiving, and put-away of inbound shipments as needed.
Assists with inventory control and parts transaction research as needed.
Analytical skills with the ability to investigate and manipulate data sets within an ERP Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
Assists with staging outbound freight as needed.
Aids with picking and staging job requisitions, transfers, and replenishment requests.
Assists with quality inspections of parts and materials during receiving, put-away, picking, and staging.
Operates Forklift and Other Material Handling Equipment as needed.
Responsible for completing daily 6S duties as assigned.
Collaborates and assists Management team to meet all KPI's and other performance measures. Ability to provide input and react to varying demands during busy times. Keen sense of urgency is a must.
Maintains all safety regulations and company safety standards. Points out safety concerns to Supervisor when spotted.
May be tasked with parts running during busy times and higher parts demand.
Ability to recognize inventory movement patterns and provide recommendations for improvement.
What You'll Need
Ability to work Mon-Fri from 11am-7:30pm with overtime flexibility during peak seasons
2+ years of Warehouse Experience (preferably in a lead role)
1+ years of Forklift Experience (Sit-Down Propane is a Plus!)
Warehouse Quality Experience is a Plus
Shipping and Receiving Experience
ERP system knowledge (Service Titan is a plus)
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong Attention to Detail and strong data entry skills
Strong communication skills within a team environment with an ability to motivate others.
Positive work attitude
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC parts helpful
Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds
Valid Drivers' License
High school diploma or a GED
