Position Overview: Front Office Manager

Were looking for a proactive, organized, and guest-focused Front Office Manager (FOM) to lead our front desk operations and be the face of our hospitality team. This role oversees front office staff, guest services, and daily reception activities to ensure smooth, outstanding experiences for every guest. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of hotel front office experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or MOD role, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be flexible with scheduling (primarily in the evenings). Key responsibilities include managing front office and breakfast area staff, handling guest relations, overseeing reservations and revenue systems, maintaining inventory standards, and providing daily operational updates to leadership.
