TK Elevator is currently seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager Platform Delivery located in Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in managing complex applications, including but not limited to CRM (Salesforce), ERP/Field Services, COTS, custom applications, and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of application lifecycle management, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within an Application Management Services (AMS) framework.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Lead the delivery of projects and enhancements for a portfolio of applications in our sales and field services areas across all lines of business. The application portfolio includes SaaS solutions, COTs solutions and custom applications.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological innovation to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement the technology strategy for the application landscape.
• Align IT initiatives with business goals and drive innovation for enhanced user experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals including project managers, developers, engineers, and analysts in a highly matrixed and outsourced environment.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate for successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
