Aseptic Production Supervisor- 3rd shift (Healthcare)

Pii, a Jabil company, has an immediate opening for an Aseptic Production Supervisor to lead aseptic fill manufacturing on 3rd Shift!

How will you make an impact?
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of aseptic filling processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and internal quality standards while maintaining production efficiency, safety, and product integrity.

What will you do?

  • Supervise aseptic filling operations and personnel on assigned shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP, FDA, and internal quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and review batch records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain product quality and yield.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to optimize processes.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and investigations, providing documentation and responses as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of production supplies and coordinate with procurement as necessary.
  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

How will you get here?

  • Education: High School or equivalent required.. Associate's or Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in a pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated environment; prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of aseptic processing and cleanroom operations.
    • Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, and industry regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software systems.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or rotating shifts if needed.

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to cleanroom environments, biological materials, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Requires use of PPE including gowns, gloves, masks, and safety glasses.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating machinery.
