ISC Production Supervisor 2nd Shift (Finance)

As an ISC Production Supervisor 2nd Shift here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our designated site. You will ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of production workers, manage resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production operations.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager out of our Rocky Mount, NC onsite work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in production supervision or a related field.
• Experience in managing production teams and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations within the ISC department
• You will be supervising the Electrohydraulic servo valve department
• Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets
• Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement best practices to optimize production processes
