Accounts Payable Intern (Finance)

Arthrex is actively searching for an Intern pursuing an accounting or finance degree to support the Accounts Payable (AP) team in Naples. The successful candidate will perform various tasks within the AP department including invoice validation, invoice posting and various other assigned projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shadow and participate in various projects within the Finance Services Department (Transformation, VMO, AR and IT Services) and interact with various teams within the finance department.

This internship will run from August/September 2025 - December 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 25 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

To gain as much experience as possible within the Finance department through projects and shadowing opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Invoice validation and invoice posting.
  • Vendor Invoice Management System (VIM Workplace) cleanup by identifying duplicate transactions and obsolete items.
  • Assist with Grant of Authority (GOA) updates within AP software, CAPRI.
  • Participate in ongoing projects for AP and Finance Transformation teams.

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required. A college sophomore or above required. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
