Executive Assistant (Finance)



Summary of Job:

Schneider Electric is looking for an Exectuive Assistant to join our team in Nashville, TN. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, and managing schedules and communications. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, screen, and respond to incoming communications.
  • Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
  • Support event planning and coordination for executive functions.
  • Perform general office responsibilities.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive support role or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience with travel and expense management tools (e.g., Concur).
