Program Supervisor (Finance)

As a Program Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the program management function. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing program activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Honolulu, Hawaii location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, your impact will be comprehensive, encompassing program efficiency, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, compliance, strategic planning, and program growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership:
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for various projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, interfacing effectively with clients and team members.

Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; manage performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement for direct reports.
• Facilitate team meetings to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on project objectives.

Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary to meet changing circumstances or expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Budget Management:
• Prepare project budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability for assigned project.
• Analyze project financials and make adjustments to align with budgetary constraints.

Quality Assurance:
• Establish project quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,000 - $132,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
