Executive Assistant- Global CPO (Finance)

TK Elevator is seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Global Chief People Officer (CPO).

This role is ideal for a trusted, proactive, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of four days in-office and one day remote per week. Flexibility may be considered based on business needs and alignment with the executive's schedule.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison and trusted partner, handling a broad range of confidential and strategic administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage complex schedules, travel, and executive communications with discretion and professionalism.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Global CPO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leadership and international partners.
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritizing meetings and time commitments across time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and logistical support.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Track and reconcile expense reports and corporate card transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support strategic meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing agendas, and capturing key follow-ups.
  • Manage special projects, executive priorities, and ad hoc requests independently and efficiently.
  • Facilitate timely approvals and invoice processing as needed.
  • Partner closely with other Executive Assistants across functions and geographies to ensure alignment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support; experience supporting C-suite leaders and Board of Directors is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Teams, Concur, and SAP a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with senior leaders and stakeholders with professionalism and tact.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5% domestically and internationally).
