Experienced Rotary Machine Operators (Finance)
Variety of machine operator positions for various shifts. Rotary corrugated production experience strongly preferred.
Starting pay range for skilled operators: $24.98-$26.78, based on experience
Essential Functions:
Rotary Operator is responsible for setting up, running, inspecting and maintaining the machine.
Essential Functions:
Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation
Complete required quality inspections per customer specifications and paperwork - quality is the responsibility of all employees
Work with peers to improve quality and performance
Provide an active role in the housekeeping of the assigned area
Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
Feed printed, labeled or plain corrugated sheets into the machine
Properly set up machine center for production runs
Perform minor repairs to cutting boards
Complete color checks using Color Sentry
Delegate responsibilities to the assistants & helpers
Input production numbers into BVP
Scan WIP tags and/or load tags
Perform quality process control data input & log
Perform minor repairs to cutting boards
Perform routine maintenance duties, which may include rotation of anvils
Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of machine as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
