Personal Lines Producer - Remote, MT (Healthcare)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Lines Producer to join our growing team. In this role, youll be the go-to expert for helping people protect their homes, cars, and other valuables. You'll grow a book of business by earning trust and providing solutions that truly fit peoples needs.

Daily Responsibilities

Proactively generate new personal lines business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital outreach. Assess the insurance needs of prospective and existing clients to recommend appropriate coverage solutionsMaintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and support throughout the policy lifecycleExplain policy options, coverages, exclusions, and pricing clearly and accuratelySupport retention efforts by providing outstanding client service and conducting regular policy reviewsProactively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolioPresent, explain, and recommend plan designs that align with the clients budget, goals, and compliance requirementsEvaluate client needs and develop comprehensive employee benefits strategiesMaintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality with client information and agency dataMeet or exceed assigned sales goals for auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines productsEnsure all client records, applications, and communications are accurately documented in the agency management system

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredLicensing: Active property and casualty required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal insurance sales or a related role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Knowledge of common personal insurance products (e.g., home, auto, renters, umbrella)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to build rapport and close sales in a competitive environmentSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.High level of organization and attention to detailProficiency in CRM and agency management systems
