The Role:
Our Excavation Crew Leads repair existing issues outside each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home.
Excavation Crew Leads have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work.
What You'll Do
Consistently represent yourself as a professional and industry knowledgeable which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business.
Lead an Excavation team in leveling and resetting customer yards.
Work on light landscaping of trees, shrubs, sod, etc.
Operate heavy machinery safely while performing on the job duties
Promote a positive team culture and participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
2+ years experience in residential excavation that includes the operation of heavy machinery
Class A CDL required
2+ years of leadership experience preferred
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Positive and engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude
High School Diploma or GED
