Our company is currently seeking a Civil Estimator to support projects in the Columbia/Lexington areas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Interprets plans and specs, experience in reading civil plans, performing take offs is required.Estimates the cost of materials, labor, and equipment.Works with stakeholders to develop a budget for the project.Uses software to calculate costs and timeframes, and prepare final estimates, experience with various computer programs such as AutoCAD and Bid 2 Win is a plus.Collaborates and works with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractorsManages projects: Oversees and documents all aspects of the estimating and bid process.Visits work sites, pulls records, and research on behalf of the construction companyPrepares reports for other members of the construction team.
