Collector (Administrative)

Established, fast-growing collections firm, serving clients across multiple states, is looking for a Collections Specialist to join our high-performance team in Pompano Beach, Florida. Ideal candidate will have previous collections experience and knowledge of the FDCPA. We are seeking a collector to handle outbound and inbound calls in a professional manner, negotiate, and arrange payment solutions with consumers; maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
