Accounting Assistant
What you can expect:
- Starting at $23.50/hour depending on experience
- Year-Round Position
- Annual Increase potential

What Will you do:
- Setting up Materials and updating prices in our accounting system
- Administer the vehicle reimbursement system (Motus)
- Administer fuel card program (WEX)
- Processing and Tracking fuel logs
- Processing fuel receipts and submitting for payment.
- Processing location fuel usage weekly
- Import data
- Manage state EZ Pass payments and violations
- File Sales & use tax returns monthly
- Perform Monthly reconciliations
- Prepare month-end journal entries and statistical postings
