Job Description
The Sustainability, Health & Safety (SHS) Program Manager has accountability to support continuous improvement of the Sustainability, Health & Safety (SHS) program performance by ensuring program implementation, adherence, and evaluation. This position supports operations leadership through consulting, coaching, and mentoring to ensure program implementation in alignment with strategic performance targets as directed by their manager.

This position supports operations leadership through consulting, coaching, and mentoring to ensure program implementation in alignment with strategic performance targets as directed by their manager.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Undergraduate degree, Graduate degree preferred. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Preferred
- Knowledge of Federal, state, provincial and local safety, transportation, and environmental regulations
- Knowledge of industry safety training
- 5+ years' experience preferred in the following Industries:
- Vacuum, Pump Trucks, or Fleet
- Commercial Underground Construction and/or Utilities
- Oil and Gas
- Waste
