Human Resources Business Partner - Central Processing Corp (Human Resources)
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Central Processing Corp., located in Madison, IL.

The HR Business Partner will plan, direct, implement, and oversee human resources and employee/labor relations activities for plant, store and site operational facilities. This is a position in which you will be viewed as the go-to valued business partner by your assigned stakeholder client groups. In this leadership position you will have the freedom to drive organizational and people strategies, monitor business performance with an emphasis on people-related metrics and trends, and deliver Human Resources solutions that are timely, and which effectively address business issues and needs.
Job Duties:
Work within Corporate strategies and policy frameworks to design and implement HR strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the corporate organization to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs Organize and supervise core human resource services for the assigned sites to ensure that qualified personnel are recruited, developed and motivated to achieve business objectives. In a partnership with the Talent Acquisition group, manage the recruitment processes including the assessment of the need for the role, org design review, create job advertisements, hiring fairs, interviews, selection and offers of employment. Ensuring all the hiring processes are adhered to. Interview and help select salaried personnel for the location. Assist line management in implementing human resource policies at plant level, e.g. Wage management in line with corporate compensation processes, local point of contact for benefits, investigations, leadership coaching and assisting with safety related issues as necessary. Ensure compliance of the companys practices with applicable labor legislation. Provide advice to Business Partners and ensure uniform interpretation of labor laws and support the business in all aspects of application. Support site management in creating and maintaining a work environment that has a high level of engagement and productivity through active coaching. Performs positive employee relations assessments to deter collective bargaining. Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and proposes HR management activities which support the organizations culture. Work with site managers to identify human resources issues/problems and provides leadership and support in finding solutions. Manageorganizational design and effectiveness, performance management and competency development initiatives for the site. Champion and lead several of the HR continuous improvement efforts for the site.Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates as necessary.Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business, or closely related field of studyA minimum four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of all Human Resources areas including employment law and labor laws.Experience creating collaborative, positive and effective employee relations.Proven track record of supporting change programs and partnering with business managers.Ability to identify and resolve organizational and individual problems with innovative approaches.Ability to effectively provide expertise on HR related matters at all levels of the business.Knowledge of Kronos timekeeping or similar systems, involvement in a systems launch or upgrade a plusAbility to communicate succinctly and compellingly with all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing.In-depth knowledge of a wide variety of HR techniques and best practices gained through experience and education.Ability to travel up to 30%. Travel may periodically be heavier at times. Locations assigned will determine the amount of travel that is needed.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
