Lead Project Engineer (Finance)
As a Lead Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Program Manager and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have an impact on the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects within the NG FMS/BGH FMS Integrated Product Team. You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge flight management system capabilities that power innovative solutions in the aerospace industry.As a Lead Project Engineer at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to lead critical project groups and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.YOU MUST HAVE
- 4+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
