Your Role

• Assess and create treatment plans for patients with physical or cognitive challenges.
• Provide therapy like exercises, ADL retraining, and assistive devices.
• Track progress and adjust treatments with the healthcare team.
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document care and outcomes per standards.

What You Need

• Arizona Physical Therapist license.
• Passion for patient care-new grads welcome!
• Team player ready to make an impact.
