Deliver exceptional salon services, ensuring each guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Introduce fresh, fashion-forward ideas tailored to individual client preferences. Continuously enhance and upgrade service levels to exceed client expectations. Ensure clients are informed about all our promotions, incentives, and events, fostering a strong sense of community. Stay consistent with previous service levels to ensure client trust and satisfaction.

Technical Expertise
Execute advanced cutting techniques with precision and creativity.Develop and apply advanced color formulations, including dimensional color and corrective coloring.Perform advanced styling, including updos, braids, and contemporary trends including updos, styling with hot tools, and contemporary trends.Provide expert consultations, considering face shape and personalized recommendations.Seek to demonstrate proficiency in specialized services such as: Extensions, Hair Replacement, Perms, etc
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license in Massachusetts.Minimum of [X] years of experience as a professional hair stylist, with a proven track record in advanced techniques.Proficiency in a wide range of salon services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and extensions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team.Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry trends.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
