Sr Program Specialist (Finance)

As a Sr. Program Specialist within Honeywell's Industrial Automation (IA) business unit, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating strategic programs that drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting the sales organization to enhance P&L performance.

This role requires a seeking-information mindset and a passion for continuous learning, as you'll be navigating complex challenges and prioritizing multiple competing priorities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to strategize customer deals, contribute to RFP (Request for Proposal) /RFI (Request for Information) development, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.

You will report directly to the Program Manager and operate from our Fort Mill, SC location. External hires will transition to a hybrid work schedule after 90 days, offering flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program execution across IA initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales teams to support deal strategy and execution.
• Develop and submit RFPs/RFIs aligned with customer and business goals.
• Manage program milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
