Service-Install Coordinator (Finance)



The role is responsible for coordinating service calls, assigning technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up. This role supports service operations and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and schedules.Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred

  • Receive and prioritize incoming service calls across multiple locations.
  • Dispatch technicians and create service requests in Oracle ERP.
  • Maintain technician on-call schedules and follow up on service quotes.
  • Communicate with customers to gather service details and ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote service agreements and support sales coordination.
  • Redirect non-dispatch calls appropriately.
  • Submit accurate weekly timesheets, including prevailing wage tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager.
  • Assist with other service operations tasks as assigned.
