- Physical Therapists (PT)
- Occupational Therapists (OT)
- Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)
- Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)

- Previous SNF or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads welcome
