At Illumina, we are expanding access to genomic technology to realize health equity for billions of people around the world. Our efforts enable life-changing discoveries that are transforming human health through the early detection and diagnosis of diseases and new treatment options for patients.

Working at Illumina means being part of something bigger than yourself. Every person, in every role, has the opportunity to make a difference. Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.

Position Summary:

The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving execution of the company's most important strategic priorities. This role sits within the Strategy Execution Office (SEO) and will operate in two capacities:

(2) Portfolio Support Role: In addition to leading a specific initiative, you will contribute to the overall health and effectiveness of the strategy execution portfolio. This includes helping manage cross-initiative dependencies, supporting enterprise-level risk and issue management, driving portfolio reporting and analytics, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operating rhythm.

This role requires strong program management discipline, cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. You will work closely with initiative owners and functional leaders to ensure our most critical programs stay on track, deliver value, and remain tightly aligned to our strategy.
