Encore - HR Project Manager (Finance)



Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to HR leadership and emerging talent.
  • Lead or advise on complex projects such as change management, DEI strategy, and succession planning.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and alignment across HR centers of excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive employee relations and leadership matters.

Qualifications:
  • Former/retired senior Cigna Group HR leader with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change and talent development.
  • Strong interpersonal and advisory skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to evolving organizational needs.

Commitment:

This is a flexible, part-time role tailored to the retiree's availability and the organization's strategic priorities.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
