Total Station Operator (Finance)

Summary of Job:

The Total Station Operator is responsible for accurate layout, installation, and coordination of the HVAC, Plumbing, and equipment points, sleeves, and inserts as needed to maintain progress and or productivity on all types of construction sites. Required to maintain a high level of accuracy, productivity and safety in wide variety of working conditions. He/she is also responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the Trimble unit and the associated vehicles, tools and equipment. As needed, the Trimble operator will be required to work on different aspects of the project depending on the current need for manpower.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years construction experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• This position requires the individual to work efficiently and effectively with little to no direct supervision after the training period. Being self-motivated to learn and achieve is essential to the success of this position.
