Universal Associate III (Lender) (Finance)



Provide timely and courteous customer service.Process customer transactions in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner.Exemplify FCCBs standard of delivering exceptional customer service every time.Assess customer's financial needs and suggest bank services and products.Actively participate in and promote the banks sales culture and referral programs.Maintain daily transactions and balances, research outages, and balance the drawer in an accurate and timely manner.Follow proper procedures and complete tasks in compliance with banking regulations.Identify customer needs and develop solutions to exceed customer goals and expectations.Constructively interact with co-workers.

There are four levels within the Universal Associate role. A Universal Associate III will be able to perform teller work, open new accounts, maintain IRA/SEP files, and process deceased and estate accounts in addition to:
Completing consumer loan transactions including taking and processing the application with appropriate supporting documents, closing the loan, and accurately completing all necessary documentation. Demonstrating good analytical and decision-making skills.

A Universal Associate III may be granted specific limits of lending authority after successful completion of Consumer and Home Equity training (NMLS# required).

HOURS will average approximately 40 per week and will include working some Saturday mornings. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.
