Senior Sales Enablement Manager (Project Management)



This role requires an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager who can develop and grow our sales enablement function across the America's region. The ideal candidate combines deep sales expertise with proven success in building effective enablement programs. Through systematic training needs analysis and close collaboration with sales leadership, you'll create practical solutions that elevate team performance. Your role will be crucial in designing programs that deliver immediate impact while laying the groundwork for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to assess team performance and develop targeted training solutions
  • Design and implement structured enablement programs including processes, templates, and playbooks
  • Create engaging training programs that can be effectively delivered across AMS regions
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding frameworks that ensure consistent quality
  • Build strong partnerships with product marketing, and GTM teams to align training content
  • Establish clear metrics to measure program effectiveness and guide improvements
  • Lead quarterly regional onboarding and annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) sessions

Qualifications

  • 8+ years combined experience in B2B sales and sales enablement
  • Proven success building and improving enablement programs
  • Strong background in training needs assessment and program design
  • Experience creating efficient processes and effective training frameworks
  • Track record of successful sales performance and team development
  • Expertise in developing and delivering impactful training programs
  • Strategic mindset with focus on practical, results-driven solutions
  • Outstanding ability to translate technical concepts into compelling training materials
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep understanding of the Americas' market preferred
