Associate Producer, Event Content and Production (Sales)

F5 is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Associate Producer to join our Event Content and Production team. This role directly supports the Executive Producer in content development, production planning, and on-site execution for both internal and customer-facing main stage events.

The ideal candidate has experience in project planning and coordination within live production or event environments, with a proven ability to build strong vendor relationships. Success in this role requires a combination of technical understanding, sound judgment, and adaptability in fast-paced settings. You are a self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of managing assignments with minimal direction from senior colleagues. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, and proactively seek opportunities to streamline workflows and improve coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the production development and execution of F5's internal and external main stage events.

  • Create production and speaker schedules that directly support the main stage agenda.

  • Develop the main stage run of show for roadshow events in EMEA and APCJ, coordinating with assigned global teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage creative deliverables that contribute to the main stage run of show.

  • Engage and coordinate with global AV vendors, including Statement of Work (SOW) development, planning, and on-site execution.

  • Participate in all planning meetings across multiple time zones, capturing and distributing action items to relevant team members.

  • Manage rehearsal scheduling and coordination for executive, guest, and customer speakers.

  • Develop and distribute tailored speaker briefs and planning documents.

  • Coordinate speaker coaching and maintain clear, proactive communication with executive staff on all main stage-related needs.

  • Enforce F5 production best practices with internal teams and approved vendors.

  • Travel as needed, including internationally, to support the execution of main stage responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in project coordination and/or project management in event or live-production environments

  • Ability to handle multiple deliverables and projects at one time.

  • Understanding of creative and production workflows unique to event production.

  • Clear and confident communicator, with a keen eye for detail

  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Understanding of Office 360, Outlook, Google Drive, and Drobox.

  • Keenly organized and can build repeatable processes that drive efficiencies through the event planning lifecycle.

  • Able to keep all projects on track and communicate project status with manager and team.

  • Experience in creative video production is a plus

  • Must be able and willing to travel

The annual base pay for this position is: $70,800.00 - $106,200.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
