Assistant Site Manager (Project Management)

The Assistant Site Manager assists the Site Manager by overseeing daily on-site operations across all business lines by ensuring employees adhere to operational policies and company standards at the worksites. This role directs a team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and timely, by providing direction and support, delegating tasks, setting expectations, monitoring performance, delivering coaching and training, resolving conflicts, promoting accountability, and ensuring policy compliance.
