We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for County Materials at our Corporate Office in Marathon City, WI.

Job Duties:
Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, performing clerical tasks and general housekeepingProvide support with benefits administration by answering questions and providing informationPerform timecard review for location as neededPerform data entry and run reports when necessaryAct as location accounts payable to assist accounting department with data entryResponsible for filing, recording and maintaining records

Work Environment:
Office working environmentPart-time

Physical Requirements:
Sitting frequentlyCarrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarelyStanding / Walking / Climbing rarely

Experience & Qualifications:
High School education required.Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related field preferred.Must be proficient in Microsoft productsExcellent communication skillsGood mathematical skillsPro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must.
