In this role, The Ambassador will be directly responsible for the guest's arrival and departure experience in addition to any operational needs as it relates to the specific guest's requests, recommendations and touches. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel. Upgrades guests, as required. Promotes services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
