Manager, Corporate Accounting (Finance)
What you'll do:
Manage the accounting and reporting for stock-based compensation, including assigning fair values, expense recognition, and related disclosures.
Take full ownership of journal entries, going beyond simple review to ensure accuracy.
Oversee the accounting for the annual bonus plan, ensuring accurate accruals and comparison to payouts.
Manage the accounting for employee benefits-related accruals, including medical, 401k, and other benefits.
Oversee the accounting for pension plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including the interpretation and application of US GAAP.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting documentation.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
What you'll have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on technical accounting and complex issue resolution.
Experience managing direct reports and fostering professional growth.
Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP.
Proven ability to research and interpret accounting pronouncements.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What could set you apart:
CPA or Master's degree preferred.
Experience with Oracle SaaS or a similar large-scale ERP system is a plus.
Experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
