Test Engineer I (Finance)



As a Test Engineer, you will be part of a team to turn requirements into deliverable products. Support lab teams whose activities include the use of test equipment and instrumentation to test product designs. You will work with a cross functional engineering team to test products from development through qualification and production cycle. You will support failure investigations and analyze issues to root cause and support implementation and verification of the corrective actions.
  • An opportunity to be engaged in full product lifecycle, from inception, development, and qualification, to final product.
  • Hands on lab work to test, verify, and validate products meet customer requirements. Use your creativity to develop testing concepts for a leading industry.

You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

WE VALUE
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with JTAG, Visual Basic or equivalent and/or FPGA's, Xilinx tools, data acquisition tools (ex. Dewetron), oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multi-meters.
  • Experience with guidance electronics equipment or other aerospace products is a plus
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet expectations of internal and external customers
  • Ability to create specific action plans, prioritize time and resources effectively
  • Ability to convey technical ideas and concepts through team discussions, presentations and in writing
