💪 What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and families to deliver patient-centered care
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and therapeutic techniques

💼 What We're Looking For:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!

💰 Pay Range: $60-$70/hr, based on experience
