Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and ADL training
- Document therapy sessions and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Support discharge planning and caregiver education
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and facility standards
- Active California COTA license (required)
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- Starting wage of $42/hour
