Regional Manager (Finance)



“A Day in the Life”

In this position, you will manage the overall operations, sales, and business development activities for the branch locations in that region. This position reports to a Regional Director.

“What You'll Do”

  • Oversee branch operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, finance, systems, and facilities at multiple branch locations within that region.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers to maximize sales and satisfaction.
  • Monitor the branch financial performance to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets while managing optimization of rental fleet utilization.
  • Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and achievement of financial goals for all branches in that region.
  • Maintain and utilize up-to-date knowledge about the markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors to drive successful operations.
  • Mentor and train the Operations Manager and Dispatchers within the region and provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
  • Coach, train and mentor individual sales representatives to assist in their progress in achieving individual, team and branch revenue targets.
  • Build strong team relationships and a culture of collaboration between functional groups.

“Must Haves”

  • Requires 7+ years of managerial experience.
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
