As Sr. Bus Proc Improvement Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and conducting value stream analysis to identify improvement opportunities, reduce scrap, and improve labor efficiency. Interprets performance data and leads process improvement projects aligned with business goals and year-over-year programmatic savings targets.
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to drive kaizen events and gemba walks, ensuring sustainable improvements and cross-functional engagement. Provides training to ME, QA, and other functions in continuous improvement, including GB, YB, and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
• Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
• Measures performance against process requirements.
• Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
• Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
• May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
• Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
• Communicates team progress.
• Performs cost and benefit analyses.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management.
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. • 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Nice to have:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification; demonstrated success in leading cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Strong expertise in value stream mapping and process optimization.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals).
• Knowledge of validation and regulatory compliance requirements.
