Youll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the safety, appearance, and functionality of our clients environments. As a Carpenter with LB&B Associates, Inc., youll work in a dynamic setting where your expertise directly impacts the day-to-day operations and satisfaction of our clients and their teams.
What Youll Do
Roll up your sleeves and get ready for a rewarding scope of responsibilities! Each day as a Carpenter brings new challengesand the satisfaction of overcoming them. Your key duties will include:
The Carpenter, Maintenance performs the carpentry duties necessary to maintain in good repair building woodwork and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors. Work involves most of the following: planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions, using a variety of carpenter's hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments, and making standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work; and selecting materials necessary for the work. In general, the work of the maintenance carpenter requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.

What Were Looking For

Experience: At least four (4) years hands-on experience performing commercial carpentry construction and repair.
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Attitude: Dedication to safety, service, and teamwork. You approach your work with integrity, a positive outlook, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Problem solving: Ability to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and execute repairs efficiently and effectively.
Communication: Comfortable collaborating with team members, supervisors, and site contacts to ensure the highest standards of service.
