Culture and Talent Consultant (Finance)



Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Culture and Talent Consultant to join our Culture and Talent Team in Wilmington, Delaware.

The Culture and Talent Consultant is a key contributor to advancing and executing the overall strategy for all non-clinical learning, The role will contribute to advancing Nemours Children's mission through consulting, designing, and delivering solutions to leaders and associates that optimize performance, engagement, and effectiveness at the individual, group and organization levels. This individual is responsible for achieving desired business results via the identification, design, development, facilitation and implementation of Culture & Talent Development projects and programs in areas such as team effectiveness, leadership development, training and development, succession planning, individual coaching and consultation, team development, organizational culture, change management, associate retention, mentoring, performance management and associate engagement. Moreover, they will be integral in designing and leading team effectiveness interventions to support the cultural advancement of the organization.

This position will work across all levels of the organization including with executives, management, and front-line associates. This position reports directly to the Director of Culture and Coaching.
  • Provides thought leadership regarding organizational culture initiatives across the organization, advises on strategies and approaches to improve and sustain team effectiveness.
  • Partners with enterprise stakeholders and C&T team members to design and deliver custom content and/or programs to advance people centric outcomes.
  • Serves as coach, consultant, and facilitator/resource to enterprise leaders.
  • Researches and shares empirically supported best practices to advance Culture and Talent initiatives.
  • Fosters open communication and a feedback driven culture to ensure associates feel heard, valued, and empowered.
  • Partners with enterprise leaders and HRBP's to support team effectiveness activities through the design and delivery of customized support interventions.
  • Delivers HR and Talent Development-related training, including facilitation within our Nemours LEADER program.
  • Contributes to the evaluation, design, support, and execution of organizational succession planning activities and leader/associate development.
  • Supports associate onboarding which includes New Hire Orientation, Executive Onboarding, Leadership Acceleration, and helps to create/design future programming.
  • Provides coaching, consultation, and facilitation in change management, organization effectiveness and operational change.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness in areas of coaching, succession planning and high-potential development.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5)+ years' experience required.
  • Coaching certification preferred.
  • Zenger-Folkman certification preferred.
